Banking Coaching in Thane

Bank exams are won on speed and accuracy, not on how many books you finish. Our banking coaching in Thane is built around that single idea — you learn a method for every question type, then drill it under a clock until it becomes automatic. D.I.C.E. What the Banking Course Covers

Quantitative Aptitude

Simplification and approximation, number series, quadratic equations, data interpretation, arithmetic word problems and data sufficiency. The focus is on calculation shortcuts — tables, squares, cubes, fraction-to-percentage conversion — because in prelims you get roughly 45 seconds per question.

Reasoning Ability

Puzzles and seating arrangement carry the largest weight in both prelims and mains, so they get the largest share of class time. We also cover syllogism, inequality, coding-decoding, blood relations, direction sense, input-output and the data sufficiency and critical reasoning sets that appear in mains.

English Language

Reading comprehension, cloze test, error spotting, sentence rearrangement, word usage and the newer sentence-completion patterns. Students from Marathi and Hindi medium backgrounds get a separate grammar foundation track before moving to exam-level practice.

General & Banking Awareness

Daily current affairs, monthly compilations, banking terminology, RBI policy, and static awareness. This is the section most aspirants leave until the last month — in our schedule it starts from day one, because it is the cheapest section to score in.

Descriptive Paper & Interview

Letter and essay writing for mains, followed by mock interviews with feedback once results are out.

Test Series and Performance Tracking

Sectional tests after every topic, full-length prelims and mains mocks on a real exam interface, and previous year papers. After each test you get your All India Rank, State Rank, sectional accuracy and a topic-wise breakdown showing exactly which chapters are dragging your score down. Our mock test series is available to enrolled students and as a standalone course.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to prepare for a bank PO exam?

A focused fresher usually needs six to eight months for a serious attempt. Someone who has already cleared a prelims can often be mains-ready in three to four months of structured work.

Can a working professional clear IBPS PO?

Yes, and many do. What working aspirants need is a fixed daily slot and a test series that tells them where the marks are leaking — not more study material. Our weekend and online batches are designed around that.

Is graduation compulsory for bank exams?

For PO, Clerk and SO posts, a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is the standard eligibility. Final-year students can usually apply, subject to the notification for that cycle — check the current exam notifications.

Do you cover both Hindi and Marathi medium students?

Yes. Concept classes are taught bilingually where needed, and the English section has a separate foundation track for students who did not study in English medium.

What is the difference between Bank PO and Bank Clerk preparation?

The syllabus overlaps almost completely; the difference is depth and cut-off. Clerk mains does not have a descriptive paper or interview, while PO mains adds descriptive writing, higher-level DI and an interview stage. Most of our students prepare for both in the same cycle.

Many of our banking aspirants also sit SSC or Railway papers as a backup in the same year. If you are still deciding which exams to target, start from our full competitive exam coaching in Thane and pick the combination that suits your graduation year and attempt limit.

If Dadar is the more convenient station for you, the same syllabus runs there as IBPS preparation classes in Dadar, covering PO, Clerk, RRB and SO alongside SBI recruitment.

Students from the far western suburbs can attend the same syllabus as banking coaching classes in Borivali, covering IBPS PO, Clerk, RRB and SBI recruitment.
